Gov can't be all things to all people.
Too big a government replaces

Gov must usher in the responsibility

Big Goals:

I'm paying attention to what you're

New Orleans is a great city and it is
hurting. A town in mississippi is gone.

It's important to look forward.

I don't think the fed gov should tell
New Orleans how to rebuild their city.
They are starting to see that there
is a tomorrow.

Rebuilding will come when the private
Sector comes in. We need to get out
of the way.

Katrina will have a short term effect
On the economy.

We have not dismantled the networks.
They have goals. They want territorry.

The freedom agenda has not yet
Taken hold.

Every soul has the desire to be free.

We are going to succeed in Iraq.

It wasn't so easy for us to ratify our
Constitution.
