Taryn at the National Book Festival

Taryn did not want to leave behind, awesome Daddy and Meg to go to this boring book festival (FYI this girl loves to read). But when she saw that there was a PBS tent, she was in heaven. I wanted to walk around to see all the other tents, but no we were in the PBS tent for 2 hours. We saw Steve songs perform, Martha Speaks author spoke, and Miss Rosie read us a book. We took pictures with characters. Which Taryn and I both felt bad, cuz Megs most favorite character in all the world is Abby from Sesame street and she was there. So we took pictures so we could share them with our daddy and Meg. After our long three hours outdoors we headed to the natural history museum where we met out good friend the Bosko's. We tried to meet up for a few hours and finally did. At then end of the day Taryn decided that she did like the book festival. But I think it was the frozen lemonade that got her to like it.
