Meg opening presents

Meg and her yummy treats

Meg's birthday dinner

Meg's Birthday cup cake

My baby turned two this past week. Oh I was so sad I no longer have a one year old. Meg loves music class. Since I wanted to save someone this past year I decided to just do my own music classes and have friends come to our home. So for Meg's birthday we had a music class, plus we made instruments and had yummy treats. Very last min I called me dear cake friend and asked her to make a cake buddy for me. She was not able to have it done by 9:30 am (party time), so we decided to have it for dinner. But as you can see from the picture of the birthday dinner, only Dan was happy, so we postponed eating the buddy till the next night, which Taryn and Dan enjoyed. One thing I always want to remember about Meg's birthday is that she blow out her candle all by herself. Since it was a morning party I did not want to make a cake, so I did mini muffins, mini brownies and Meg's favorite cookie peanut butter kiss cookies. Meg was blessed with some awesome gifts and We had fun making shakers (Tupperware cups with noodles inside, Thanks Jill for the idea) We decorated them with Stickers, the best way to keep things not so messy. The last picture is of Dan feeling left out or messing around with the camera, or just being silly. So know I have a two year, this years goal is to potty train. Oh the joys of motherhood. Happy Birthday MEG!
