lamest excusses

So this lady walks her dog ever day by our house. which is fine with me, but as she rounds the cul-de-sac her dog poops. So I caught her today, you know what she said:" my son comes and picks it up when he gets home." come on lady it is against the law to leave you dog poop. Why is this a big deal, cause Dan walk home through the poop infested grass.
