work out

Okay I got a great workout disk for the Wii.  It is called my personal trainer.  Taryn was excited to work out with me.  Well Today I worked out while she was at school.  She was so sad.  When she got home she asked if she could do Jillian Michael's 30 minute work out.  I would of did it with her, but I just walked 1 mile with Meg in the front carrier and I had to carry the stroller where there are no sidewalks on Antietam.  So here I am blogging while my 4 year is working out.  I guess she understands the importance of being healthy.
